Expert organoleptic evaluations performed in Italy at Prim’Olio have awarded Darmmess 2025, extraordinary scores between 85 and 96 out of 100: a rare recognition celebrating its sensory brilliance.

Certified High Phenolic: A Natural Rarity
Analyzed at the University of Athens, Greece, 2025 Limited Edition of Darmmess has been awarded the Silver Standard of Excellence for High-Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oils, with total polyphenol levels ranging between 500 and 845 mg/kg.
A daily consumption of 20 g (2 tablespoons) delivers off-the-scale health benefits, thanks to Darmmess’s exceptionally high polyphenol content — compounds known for their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cardioprotective, and neuroprotective properties.
According to European Union Regulation 432/2012, Darmmess belongs to the category of olive oils containing more than 5 mg of polyphenols per 20 g, which help protect blood lipids from oxidative stress.
